For decades, we, Ronald and Karin, have been active in the business world. Initially as employees and later as executives, we have experienced and helped shape many developments. We were there when the computer was introduced. We have witnessed economic crises, periods of optimism and transformation. Industry 4.0, COVID-19, and digitization challenge us and we continue to learn.
We have acquired many strategies, methods, and concepts. Process optimization, continuous improvement, and situational leadership remained relevant, while transformation, resilience, and generative leadership have come to the forefront.
Today, companies face very complex challenges. Changes in business models, shortages of skilled workers, supply bottlenecks, generational conflicts, cost pressures, and equality are just a few examples.
There is widespread consensus that corporate culture is one of the most important success factors for companies. Nevertheless, we experience massive contradictions in the attitudes and behaviors of employees and executives with respect to their guiding principles across all parts of the working world.
Respectful interaction is an essential part of a modern corporate culture and an important success factor for any organization.
With our work, we want to contribute to making respectful interaction a matter of course at every workplace.
